Team building
One-day team building
Magic Harghita Resort is the perfect venue for one-day team-building events: on our spacious 5-hectare site, only one group stays at a time, ensuring uninterrupted programs.
We can comfortably accommodate up to 300 people and offer a variety of outdoor experiences: our own football field, paintball course, outdoor and covered event spaces, and flexible program options await teams.
If requested, a stage can be set up, allowing for music evenings, concerts, or other performances. The entire area is private, so louder programs won’t disturb anyone — here, you can truly celebrate and build community freely.
Multi-day team building
Planning a multi-day retreat? Magic Harghita Resort is the ideal choice. Our quiet, mountainous environment is perfect for the team to truly relax, connect with each other, and deepen collaboration.
We can comfortably accommodate 44 people in our lodging. The exclusive 5-hectare area reserved for a single group allows the program to proceed smoothly and be tailored personally. The sports fields, communal spaces, and unique program options help ensure the team-building experience is both memorable and impactful.
