1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern access to and use of the website https://magicharghita.ro (the “Site”) operated by SC Lőrincz GROUP SRL (“Company”, “we”, “us”) and any purchase of products or services offered through it.

2. Acceptance
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you (“User”, “you”) accept these T&C and agree to comply with them. If you disagree, please do not use the Site.

4. Products & prices
All prices displayed include VAT (where applicable) and are shown in RON unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices before you place an order.

5. Ordering process
(a) Select items and complete checkout.
(b) You will receive an order-confirmation email; the contract is formed once we expressly confirm dispatch.

6. Payment methods
We accept online card payments, bank transfer and cash on delivery (where available). You warrant that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

7. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Risk transfers to you upon physical receipt. Title passes once full payment is received.

8. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw without giving any reason. Notify us by email; you must return goods within 14 days. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods (or proof of return).

9. Warranty & complaints
We observe the legal conformity warranty under Directive 2019/771 /EU. Defective goods will be repaired, replaced or refunded according to law. Send complaints to info@magicharghita.ro.

10. Intellectual property
The Site, its content and trademarks are owned by or licensed to the Company. You may not copy, modify or distribute without our prior written consent.

11. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, gross negligence or fraud.

13. Governing law & disputes
These T&C are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent Romanian courts. Online consumers may also use the EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr.

We may amend these T&C at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Site with a new “Last updated” date.
